EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), focuses on present concerns. The EMDR approach believes past emotionally-charged experiences are overly influencing your present emotions and thoughts about yourself.  EMDR uses rapid eye movements to update disturbing experiences to allow you to live an adaptive emotionally healthy life. 

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) places an emphasis on helping individuals be their own therapist. Through exercises learned in session as well as homework client's learn coping skills that help you to change your own thinking, emotions and behaviors for a mentally well life. 

Mindfulness Based Approaches

By incorporating methods drawn from meditation, mindfulness practices, and grounding techniques alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), a well-rounded strategy is formulated to effectively manage negative thoughts and emotions. This treatment methodology can be employed alongside and integrated into other therapeutic methodologies, tailored to suit the specific needs of individuals.

As a therapist, my main objective is to create a personalized treatment approach for every individual who seeks my assistance. I strive to be a dependable support system for each client, helping them navigate the difficulties, joys, and daily experiences they encounter in their lives.


During therapy sessions, I aim to incorporate a touch of humor while utilizing evidence-based practices to offer comfort and structure. My ultimate goal is for therapy to be a transformative experience that fosters long-term change in each person's life.
